1. Commercial quantity of narcotics was recovered from a vehicle driven by the petitioner. Such vehicle bore a police sticker.

2. Trial is in progress. Out of 12 charge-sheeted witnesses, 1 prosecution witness was apparently examined.

3. Police case is of August 12, 2024.

4. In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

7. CRM (NDPS) 1810 of 2024 is disposed of.
