Petitioner complained that her husband was missing for a considerable period of time and he was allured for a job at the behest of the private respondent and taken to Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Grievance of the petitioner is that repeatedly the petitioner informed the police authorities but the police authorities refused to take any action. Report has been submitted by the state which reflects that in view of the nature of accusations made Katwa Police Station drawn up Zero FIR being Katwa Police Station Zero FIR No. 02/24 dated 21.11.2024 and sent the same to the jurisdictional police station at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Having considered the steps taken by the police authorities, I direct that as the domain of the

police station investigating the case has changed, petitioner would take appropriate steps before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the subject matter of the case.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27681 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
