The Judgment was passed on 17.03.2026 in connection with CRR 3841 of 2017. Inadvertently, it has not been mentioned that the observations made in the judgment dated 17.03.2026 are tentative. Accordingly, a para be inserted in the said judgment after para 49, as para 49.01 stating that "the observations made in the judgment dated 17.03.2026 in CRR 3841 of 2017 are tentative and only for the purpose of disposal of CRR 3841 of 2017. The Trial Court shall proceed with the trial in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made in the judgment dated 17.03.2026." 2.

All other contents in the said judgment remain unchanged.
