Petitioner apprehends that by way of a forged deed, the private respondents are trying to grab the property of the petitioner. To that effect, information was furnished to the Inspector-in-Charge, Chandipur Police Station.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the dispute is between the brothers. To that effect, police authorities have conducted an enquiry and are of the opinion that the nature of the dispute is a civil dispute.

In view of the police authorities being of the opinion that there is an existing civil dispute over a property concerned, police authorities would only interfere in case there is violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 27677 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
