1. It is surprising that more than one year has passed but the Investigating Officer (IO) could not file the final report. However, the report shows that the petitioners have cooperated with the investigation and have diligently met the IO.

2. Under such circumstances, the direction to meet the IO once a month stands relaxed to the extent that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 shall meet the IO as and when required till conclusion of the investigation.

3. We direct the IO to conclude the investigation positively within two weeks from date.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

5. The instruction is kept on record.
