Petitioner complains that they have been resisted from entering their village and to stay at their own residence along with their families.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner also draws the attention to the complaints which have been enclosed in the writ petition. Learned Advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that two cases being Mongalkote Police Station Case No. 98/2024 dated 19.04.2024 and Mongalkote Police Station Case No. 289 of 2024 dated 09.11.2024 has been registered for investigation.

It has been submitted on behalf of the State that if the petitioner along with other family members enter the village and stay at their residence police will extend all necessary cooperation.

Petitioners would approach the Inspector-inCharge, Mongalkote Police Station and would ensure safe entry of the petitioners and their family members at their residence. If required, a police patrolling be arranged for a period for four weeks so that a strict vigil may be kept in the area for preventing any untoward incident because of the previous antecedents which have been recorded.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Mongalkote Police Station will ensure that no breach of peace or tranquility takes place at the locale over the issue of dispute.

Petitioners would approach the Inspector-inCharge of Mongalkote Police Station on 21.11.2024 between 2:00 P.M to 3:00 P.M who would abide by the aforesaid directions and make necessary arrangements.

Report submitted in Court be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27656 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
