I direct the Deputy Secretary of the Board to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date and to pass a reasoned order for transfer within two weeks thereafter. The West Bengal Board of Primary Education has not been made a party in this matter. Therefore, I direct the petitioner to add the Board a party respondent in course of the day.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
