Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 130 days and there are no materials to connect the petitioners with the crime as there were no recoveries and unnecessarily they have been languishing in jail. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that all the petitioners are historysheeter, two persons have been identified in the T.I. Parade and from the CCTV footages the presence of the petitioners have been justified by the investigating agency.

In view of the period of detention of the present petitioners and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2547 of 2025 is dismissed at this stage.
