The writ petition was listed on 02.12.2024 when the petitioner referred to an order of a Coordinate Bench in C.O. 1699 of 2021. Police authorities were informed of such order on 9th November, 2024.

The report of the police authorities as submitted by the State reflects that six criminal cases are pending being Bhatpara PS Case No.

440/21, Bhatpara PS Case No. 537/21, Bhatpara PS Case No. 586/21, Bhatpara PS Case No. 610/21, Bhatpara PS Case No. 145/22 and Bhatpara PS Case No. 390/22. Lastly Bhatpara PS Case No.

656/24 dated 23.11.2024 was registered for investigation.

Having considered that the police authorities were well aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and registered criminal case as and when called for,

I am of the view that further interference by this Court is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 27705 of is disposed of.
