Mr. Banerjee, learned Senior Advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that the issue sought to be canvassed in the present writ petition is under consideration before the Hon'ble Division Bench in MAT 873 of 2023, he prays that the hearing of the instant writ petition be deferred till the disposal of the said appeal.

Considering the said submission of Mr.

Banerjee, hearing of the writ petition is adjourned for the time being, let it appear in the combined Monthly List of April, 2025 under the same heading.

This order, however, will not prevent the Board to comply with the direction dated September 19, 2024.
