In Re: CRAN 1 of 2022.

There has been a delay of 121 days in preferring the revisional application.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has prayed for condoning the delay of 121 days which exceeded the time limit for preferring the present revisional application. Having considered the reasons so assigned, I find that the same are just and sufficient.

Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay being CRAN 1 of 2022 is allowed.

In Re: CRR 4531 of 2022.

The grievance of the present petitioner is with regard to the order passed by the revisional court. The revisional court directed the petitioner to furnish bank guarantee of Rs.15,00,000/- by his order dated May 11, 2022 in Criminal Revision No.17 of 2021. There were several other conditions which were imposed. The other conditions so imposed by the learned revisional court is

retained, but the first condition relating to bank guarantee is modified to the extent that instead of furnishing bank guarantee of Rs.15,00,000/- the petitioner is directed to furnish bank guarantee of Rs.10,00,000/-. No other interference is made in respect of the order passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Paschim Bardhaman.

Report submitted by Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4531 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
