The petitioners have filed the present writ application for recalling and cancelling the technical evaluation as well as financial evaluation sheet of the tender notice being e-tender no. PPSP/e-Ten/124/HR/NIT-06/258 dated October 8, 2025.

The learned counsel for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited has handed over a notice for cancellation of the e-tender dated 27.11.2025 and submits that the authorities have cancelled the said tender.

Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the notice for cancellation of the e-tender dated 27.11.2025.

This Court finds that the e-tender no. PPSP/eTen/124/HR/NIT-06/258 dated October 8, 2025 is cancelled by the authorities. Thus, nothing remains in the present writ application.

Accordingly, WPA 27322 of 2025 is disposed of as infructuous.

The copy of the notice for cancellation of the e-tender dated 27.11.2025 be kept with the record.
