In view of the proceedings pending since 2015, I direct that in case the petitioner appears before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in connection with C.R.122 of 2015 by 20th December, 2023, the petitioner may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond subject to the condition that the petitioner would meet the IO, Mahisadal P.S. once in a week till the same is modified by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur. The concerned IO shall send the compliance report to the learned Judicial Magistrate/trial court once in a month recording the appearance of the accused in connection with C.R. 122 of 2015.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4499 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connection application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
