1. At the time of hearing, Mr. Maity, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has filed a letter dated 04.09.2025, as written by one Srikanta Samanta, representative of the writ petitioner's Company addressed to the learned advocate for the writ petitioner requesting him to take appropriate steps for non-prosecution of the instant writ petition. The letter dated 04.09.2025, as filed by Mr. Maity, is taken on record.

2. It is, thus, submitted by Mr. Maity that in view of such request, as made by his client, appropriate order may be passed.

3. In view of the discussions made hereinabove, WPA 27690 of 2024 is dismissed as non-prosecution.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order if applied for, be made over to the parties as expeditiously as possible.
