Regional Pay & Accounts Office, Government of India (Kolkata Division) will file affidavit, the deponent stating on oath that Jute Commissioner is the office responsible. Copy of the affidavit must be served on learned advocate representing Jute Commissioner in this proceeding, by 24th December, 2020. A copy must also be served on applicants' learned advocate, by same date. In event submissions made today by the Pay & Accounts office are stated on oath by said office, this Court will have material to act for taking cognizance of contempt. List on 8th January, 2021.
