Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20th December, 2022, Mr. Ghosh learned advocate appearing for the respondents on the basis of the written instruction submits that the demand relating to the period 2019-2020, there is no demand and considering such submission of Mr. Ghosh the impugned demand dated 17th August, 2021 being annexure P/4 to the writ petition is quashed. Instruction filed by Mr. Ghosh be kept with the record.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 27378 of 2022 stand disposed of.
