The last date of admission was September 30, 2023. No seat was allotted to the petitioner in the counselling that took place within that period. The last date of admission was thereafter extended by the Supreme Court till November 15, 2023. The petitioner was allowed again to take part in counselling during this extended period and was allotted a seat on 15th November, 2023.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to some medical issues, the petitioner could not admit himself to the relevant college even though a seat was offered to him.

I am of the view that no relief can be granted to the petitioner. As the last date was extended by the Supreme Court till November 15, 2023, this Court cannot extend the

last date of admission and permit the petitioner to take admission at this stage.

Accordingly, WPA 26417 of 2023 is dismissed.
