Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had cohabited with the victim on the false promise of marriage. Subsequently he refused to marry and the victim committed suicide. In view of the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
