Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since June, 2021 and, in the present case, the evidence of all the prosecution witnesses except the investigating officer of the case is over. The next date is fixed on December, 2023. In case, the investigating officer is not present, the learned trial court will communicate the same to the Superintendent of Police who will ensure regarding availability of the witness on the next date so fixed. The learned trial court would thereafter fix the date for examination of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. Let the examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C. be completed by 15th February, 2024. Arguments of the case be completed by

15th March, 2024. Efforts be taken by the learned trial court if it is possible to pronounce the judgment by 30th April, 2024.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application being CRR 4503 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
