3. Accordingly, on hearing the Learned Counsels for the parties, perusal of the materials on record and considering the relief prayed for, the writ application is disposed of with the

direction that the respondent no.5 herein, shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2025, within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on hearing the parties, and by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
