Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned athority.

Ld. advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a civic volunteer, who has used the board/sticker inserting the word 'police'. As such, he has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. According to the ld. advocate, the case has no foundation so far as sections 120B/419/465/468 are concerned.

Be that as it may, charge sheet has already been submitted before the ld. trial court. The documents under section 207 are yet to be received by the petitioner. Having regard to the same, I direct the petitioner to take up all the issues by filing an application at the stage of

239 of the cr.p.c. before the ld. Magistrate and the ld. Magistrate would dispose of the said application without being influenced by any of the observations made by this court while disposing of the present revisional application. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4514 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
