It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that after filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has been re-transferred to his original post of Deputy Manager (Production) (UR) at Visva-Bharati Granthana Vibhaga, Kolkata. Therefore, the petitioner has no subsisting grievance with regard to the impugned transfer order appearing at page 35 of the writ petition.

It has been, however, further submitted by Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner is not getting the House Rent Allowances as per his entitlement though he has made several representations.

In view of the above facts, I grant liberty upon the petitioner to make a comprehensive representation before the University ventilating his grievance with regard to the House Rent Allowances within a period of two weeks from date.

If such representation is made by the petitioner, the University shall consider the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from date. Accordingly, WPA 26419 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
