None appears for the State respondent despite service.

The Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has expired in the year 2024.

Despite several attempts, the advocate on record of the petitioner has been unable to establish contact with the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to seek instruction for filing of the substitution application.

5.

As the statutory period for bringing the legal representatives on record, has expired, the Writ Petition stands abated as against the deceased petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.
