Suvamoy Sen, Swapna Sen, Sourav Sen, Chandidas Joardar, Pompa Joardar, Soutrik Joardar, Sajal Bose and Nabina Bose.

In this revision, the de facto complainant has not been made a party.

Subsequently, the revisional application being CRR 1476 of 2023 has been preferred by Sajal Bose and Nabina Bose who are the petitioner nos. 7 and 8 in CRR 4535 of 2022. Another revisional application being CRR 2305 of 2023 has been preferred by Chandidas Joardar, Pampa Joardar and Soutrik Joardar who are the petitioner nos. 4 and 5 and 6 in CRR 4535 of 2022.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3, namely, Suvamoy Sen, Swapna Sen, Sourav Sen in the present revisional application in spite of the matter being fixed on several dates. None appears for the State.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed

for default in respect of petitioner nos. 1 to 3 in this revision.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
