1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered materials-on-record. 395 bottles of Phensedyl were recovered from the co-accused. Co-accused disclosed complicity of the petitioner. Upon interrogation, petitioner made disclosure statement leading to further recovery i.e. 52 bottles of Phensedyl syrup.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and statutory restriction in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. CRM (NDPS) 1814 of 2024 is rejected.
