Here the recruitment process started in 2022 in which year the advertisement was published. However, there is a provision of NCTE that TET has to be taken in every year. After the said TET 2014 the petitioner got two opportunities to participate in the recruitment processes. The learned advocate has not been able to show anything or to submit anything as to what was the result of the petitioner, but it can be assumed that she did not qualify in those two recruitment test held in 2016 and held in 2020. Therefore, due to overage, the petition cannot be entertained and the petition is dismissed.
