It appears from the said report that the steps have been taken for release of the arrear and current salary of the petitioner.

Arindam Chattopadhyay, learned advocate for the State submits that the said amount would be paid to the petitioner shortly. The respondent no. 7 is directed to pay the current and arrear salaries of the petitioner in her bank account within a period of seven days from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 27695 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
