Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for 220 days and they have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. It has also been pointed out that the husband is in custody and one of the accused persons has already been granted bail. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary.

I have perused the postmortem report as well as the statements under Section 183 of the BNSS which has been recorded during the course of investigation. On an assessment of the statements as pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the State as well as the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release any of the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, CRM(M)2558 of 2025 is dismissed.
