Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The prayer of the petitioner is two-fold:- First, registration of FIR pursuant to a complaint lodged by the petitioner against the private respondent.

Second, implementation of the orders of status quo granted by the learned Trial Courts in two civil suits by the police. Learned counsel for the State submits that FIR has been registered pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner. With regard to the implementation of the order of status quo with police help, the petitioner is at liberty to file necessary applications before the learned Trial Court for implementation of the order passed by the said learned Court.

In the event such application is filed, the learned Trial Court shall make all endeavours to deal with the

same at the earliest in order to preserve the sanctity of the order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
