Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is septogenerion person and he is being pressurized for transferring his property at the behest of the private respondents. As a consequence he is being abused, threatened and humiliated.

Learned Advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that pursuant to the information furnished on 29th October, 2024, Hasnabad P.S. Case No. 583 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 has been registered for investigation against the private respondent No. 5.

Learned Advocate for the private respondents submits that the private respondents are being unnecessary harassed and foisted with criminal case at the behest of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the police authorities have already initiated a case. Let the same be taken to its logical conclusions.

In view of the feud, present inter se the family members the police authorities would keep strict vigil and would ensure that no untoward incident accrues because of the petitioner and the private respondents being at loggerhead.

With the aforementioned observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 27711 of 2024 is hereby disposed of.

Report be submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
