1. It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 13th June, 2022 passed by this Court has since been complied with by the alleged contemnors.

2. Let a copy of the compliance order issued by the alleged contemnor no.1 filed in Court today by the Counsel for the alleged contemnors be kept with the record.

3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

4. The District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas and the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission are virtually present before this Court. Their presence before this Court is dispensed with.

5. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged. 6.

It is made clear that the compliance of the instant order shall not create any precedent. 7.

There will be no order as to costs.
