1. District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas is personally present before this Court. Compliance report filed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas is taken on record.

2. It is submitted that the arrears of pension of the petitioner from February, 2023 till date has been cleared. Let the provisional pension continue to be paid.

3. The payment of provisional of pension shall be subject to the result of M.A.T. No. 1678 of 2022.

4. In that view of the matter, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
