1. Trial is at the fag end. Court is informed that the trial is fixed for the hearing of arguments.

2. Court is also informed that the prosecution concluded substantial portion of its argument.

3. Learned Trial Court is therefore, requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and ensure that the trial is concluded expeditiously.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, involvement of the petitioner and the fact that the trial is at the fag end, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. The prayer for bail is rejected.

6. CRM (DB) No. 3901 of 2024 is rejected.
