Ms. Minoti Gomes ...for the Petitioner Mr. N. P.Agarwala Mr. Pratick Bose ...for the State Eye witnesses placed the petitioner at the time and place of occurrence of setting on fire the firm belonging to the de facto complainant. In fact, they say that the petitioner was instrumental in doing so.

Under such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
