None appears for either sides on repeated calls. The present civil revisionial application of the year 2024 has been preferred against the order dated 03.08.2024 passed by the learned 4th Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Alipore in Misc. Case No. 53 of 2020. By the order under revision the learned trial Court has held as follows :

"Ptnr files affidavit in chief along with authorization certificate to Nilesh Doshi. Nilesh Doshi is examined as pw1. Authorizatioin certificate is marked as Exhibit-1. Pw1 is crossed in part and deferred on prayer of opp.

Fix-31-08-24 for further cross of pw1."

On perusal of the order under revision this Court finds no irregularity in the order.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides.

Accordingly, the civil revision stands dismissed for default.

CO 4006 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned 4th Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Alipore.
