In Re :- CRAN 1 of 2025 Petitioner prays for modification of the condition as she is unable to furnish local surety which was imposed while granting bail.
Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that she has a relation at Kalna who is ready and willing to furnish a bond on her behalf.
Accordingly, the learned CJM, Krishnanagar is directed to accept the bond of an individual in favour of the petitioner who will have his residence within the jurisdiction of the learned ACJM Kalna.
Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.
In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 08.12.2025 passed in CRM (M) 2586 of 2025 is modified to the limited extent.
Thus, CRAN 1 of 2025 is partly allowed.
All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
