The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (SLST) for recruitment in the post of Assistant Teachers (Physical Education and Work Education) in Upper Primary Level of Schools under OBC-A category. The petitioner is a para-teacher. In response to her application under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the Commission had informed him that in academic and written examination she had scored total 58 marks whereas the last qualified in service candidate in the category of the petitioner scored 66 marks. The petitioner is praying that the authorities may be directed to publish the entire merit list indicating the posts reserved for in service candidates.

The petitioner since has accepted her score in the selection test, supplied by the

Commission cannot have any cause of action to file the instant writ petition.

W.P.A. 27403 of 2022 is dismissed, without any order as to costs.
