The opposite party is being represented today and prays for leave to file affidavit in opposition. 2.

Considering that the present revision is in respect of a transfer of proceeding from one court to another, no affidavit in opposition is required in the present case for its adjudication.

The present revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of matrimonial proceeding initiated by the husband at Howrah. The wife is a resident of Barrackpore and it appears that all other proceedings are pending before the Barrackpore court.

Admittedly, the petitioner does not have any income and as such it is very difficult for her to attend the court at Howrah on regular basis.

On hearing the parties and on considering the convenience and inconvenience of the parties herein, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Matrimonial Suit No.901 of 2023 pending before the Learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Howrah is withdrawn and transferred to the court of learned Additional District Judge, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas for disposal.

Parties are directed to appear before the court at Barrackpore.

The trial court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the matrimonial suit expeditiously. 8.

The revisional application stands disposed of. 9.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
