1. Three petitioners are before us seeking bail.

2. Eye witness implicates all the three petitioners in the murder. Such eye-witness impute a much more active role so far as the petitioners are concerned.

3. The period of detention and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident of murder do not make it desirable to enlarge the petitioners on bail, at this stage.

4. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. CRM (DB) 3926 of 2024 is disposed of.
