Perused the case diary.

The prosecution case is that the son of the petitioner No.1 assaulted his mother with a bamboo stick on her forehead, causing a lacerated injury. Among other things, stitches have been given to repair the wound. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
