Petitioners approached this Court being aggrieved by the fact that the private respondent no.4 has deceived their lease rentals which is huge amount of money and in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken.

A report has been submitted by the Officerin-Charge, Sandeshkhali Police Station which reflects that police has drawn up proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered that the dispute between the petitioners and the private respondent no.4 are absolutely civil dispute relating to money claim, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for by this Court.

Accordingly, WPA 27793 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
