Two persons suffered injuries in an incident of assault. One injured suffered simple injury. The other injury was classified as grievous hurt. Such injured suffered a lacerated injury on the left temporal region. Scalp bone was made visible by such injury.

Considering the nature of gravity of offence and the nature of injury, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
