1. We have heard Mr. Ghosh, learned senior counsel appearing for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, who on instruction submitted that the order and direction has been complied with and as of now the order passed by the municipal authority has been communicated. In the event, the order passed by the authority has not been communicated, then the municipal authority shall communicate the order to the writ petitioners within two weeks from date.

2. With the aforesaid direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
