The matter has been listed on account of mistake in the date of the order.

The petitioner appearing in person submits that in the order passed by this Court on 17th February, 2023 where the date of the order had wrongly been transcribed as "3rd February, 2023" should now be corrected as "17th February, 2023". The 7th line at page1 where it was recorded that " .... the amount disbursed ............. as well as the cost of Air Fare which was Rs. 1,16,000/-" should now correctly be read as " .... the amount disbursed ............. as well as the cost of Air Fare which was Rs. 1,56,000/-".

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 17th February, 2023.

Let this order be made part of the order dated 17th February, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain the same.
