Order is an interlocutory one. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere with this matter at this stage.

We give liberty to the petitioner to file an application for cancellation of bail before the learned court below and in the event such application is filed learned Magistrate shall take all endeavour to dispose of the matter at the earliest preferably within one month from the date of filing of the application and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties. With this observation, the application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
