Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are some technical defects in the writ petition particularly the petitioner has failed to seek a relief with regard to the Memorandum bearing No.503/MEE/Sectt./EM/O/5L-116/2014 dated July 30, 2018; he therefore prays leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Leave as prayed for is granted.

WPA 27594 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action seeking all reliefs which she is entitled to under the law.
