The earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner on the self-same cause of action was dismissed for default but without taking steps to restore the same, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition besides, the Annexures of it are not matching.

In view of such, WPA 27787 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs.
