Petitioner has approached this court for realisation of money which was allegedly handed over by the petitioner to the respondents for providing job. Petitioner was handed over with fake appointment letters.

To that effect, police authorities have concluded the investigation and filed charge sheet. However the prayer of the petitioner before this court at the present stage is that he wants refund

of the money. The same is not the domain of this court as the trial court is already in seisin of the matter as the investigation has already been concluded.

Petitioner, if he is in possession of relevant documents, will apply for such claim before the appropriate court of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27808 of 2024 is disposed of.
