At the time of call, accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the petitioner.

However, the State respondents and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates.

On 29th July, 2024, Court directed the learned advocate for the petitioner to serve notice upon the non-appearing respondents or the learned advocates representing those respondents by 10 days and file affidavit of service on the next date.

It appears that no steps have been taken by the learned advocate representing the petitioner pursuant to the direction as contained in the order dated 29th

July, 2024. It further appears that the petitioner has lost faith in the fate of the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
