Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim alleges that petitioners had assaulted her and attempted to rape her.

In view of the nature of offence and daring conduct of the petitioners, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to them.
